About bonus999 – Malaysia's Trusted Online Betting & Casino Platform for Malaysian Players

Who We Are – The Story Behind bonus999

Bonus999 was founded by a group of individuals who shared two things in common — a love for Malaysian sports and a conviction that local players deserved a better betting platform than what was available on the market. We saw a clear gap: most international platforms were not built for the realities of Malaysian players. The language used was not ours, the supported payment methods did not suit our habits, and customer support could not assist us in our native language.

Bonus999 was created to fill that gap. We are not a branch or agent of a foreign platform — we are a platform built from scratch with Malaysian players as the priority. Every decision we make, from game selection to supported deposit methods, is made with one question in mind: does this make things easier and more satisfying for Malaysian players?

Since launching, bonus999 has grown into one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's online betting industry. Over 500,000 registered members have chosen bonus999 as their primary platform for Sports Betting, Live Casino and online gaming — and the trust our players place in us every day is our greatest motivation to keep improving the experience we offer.

What bonus999 Offers

Bonus999's coverage spans every aspect of online gaming entertainment that matters to Malaysian players. We're not a platform that tries to do everything half-heartedly — we focus on what local players care about most and do it as well as it can be done.

Sports Betting is at the heart of bonus999. Our coverage includes Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA Malaysia, the English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and over 200 football leagues worldwide. For badminton — the sport closest to the Malaysian spirit — we offer odds and betting markets for all BWF tournaments, including the Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup, and the PETRONAS Malaysia Open. Esports also receives full attention at bonus999, with coverage of MPL Malaysia, Valorant, Mobile Legends, and CS2 at the international level.

The bonus999 Live Casino brings you the closest thing to a real casino experience without leaving home. Over 50 active tables at all times — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and sic bo — hosted by professional dealers who communicate in Bahasa Melayu and streamed in HD 24 hours a day. This isn't just a marketing claim — it's a commitment you can verify for yourself any time you log in to your bonus999 account.

Online lottery, slot games and a variety of other casino games round out the bonus999 offering. All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fairness beyond question.

Security and Fairness — bonus999's Commitment

In the online betting industry, trust is the most valuable currency there is. Players need confidence that every bet they place is handled fairly, that their money is safe, and that the platform they use operates according to clear and responsible rules. At bonus999, we take this responsibility very seriously.

Every financial transaction on bonus999 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions worldwide. Your personal information, including bank account details and e-wallet credentials, is stored in a system that is completely separate from the gaming system, with additional security layers that ensure your privacy is fully protected.

All casino games on bonus999 — from slots to live baccarat — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is certified and audited regularly by an independent body. This means every spin, every card dealt and every roulette wheel turn is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated. The RTP for each game is clearly displayed in the game information so players can make informed decisions about where they want to invest their time and money.

The bonus999 Responsible Gaming Programme is not just a licensing requirement — it is something we genuinely believe in. We provide a range of tools for players who feel they need help managing their gaming habits: self-set daily and weekly deposit limits, a temporary account suspension feature, information and links to professional support organisations, and a transparent game history section so players can review their habits objectively. Malaysian Local Payment Methods at bonus999

One of the things bonus999 members praise most is how easy it is to deposit and withdraw using familiar local payment methods that are already part of everyday life in Malaysia. There's no need to open a separate account or deal with unfamiliar and complicated international payment methods.

Bonus999 supports all major Malaysian digital wallets, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay — apps that most Malaysians already have on their smartphones. DuitNow and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks are also available for those who prefer traditional banking channels. The minimum deposit is just RM 30, and funds are credited to your bonus999 account within minutes with no processing fees.

Winnings are processed in an average of 12 minutes — among the fastest in the industry in Malaysia. All payouts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion, hidden charges, or undisclosed administrative fees. The money you win is entirely yours, and we make sure it reaches you as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
